Lowen Cattolico brings her interest in public health to the role of Manager of the Faculty Practice at UCSF. She has over 10 years of physical therapy experience in San Francisco, primarily in Orthopedics. She enjoys teaching and community outreach to address issues of access to expert musculoskeletal, orthopedic and exercise advice to improve the health of individuals and the population. She enjoys volleyball, rowing, swimming, climbing, and supporting the arts in San Francisco.
At the Faculty Practice, Lowen Cattolico specializes in population management, orthopedic injury and dysfunction. She has an interest in post-traumatic rehabilitation, and athletic participation across the lifespan. She likes to incorporate teaching and coaching along with personal responsibility in her rehabilitation program, and encourages patients to develop a long-term commitment to activity and exercise.
