A program designed by physical therapists and tailored to individual runners, RunFit can help runners of all levels hit their stride. Whether new to the sport, returning to running following an injury, or looking for tips to improve performance, runners work one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist to develop a custom program to meet their goals. Options include:

(1) RunFit Evaluation

  • Video running analysis
  • Assessment of strength and flexibility
  • Evaluation of biomechanics

(2) RunFit Training

  • One-on-one strength and conditioning sessions with a RunFit PT
  • Gait retraining techniques
  • May include one-on-one runs with a RunFit PT

(3) AlterG Treadmill™ Training

  • Partially unweighted treadmill running for injury recovery or performance enhancement
  • Real-time feedback with strategies to improve form

Programs include a written summary of findings and a comprehensive plan that incorporates the needs and goals of each runner. The individualized program aims to improve running performance and efficiency while preventing injuries through safe training techniques.


  • Running Evaluation and written report: $120/60 min session
  • Run Training: $60/30 minute session: $120/60 minute session
  • Running Evaluation and 3 (60min) Run Training Sessions: $112.50/ session
  • Running Evaluation and 6 (60min) Run Training Sessions: $100/ session
