BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Arriaga-Martinez is an Assistant Clinical Professor with an emphasis in orthopedics within the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science. Prior to specializing in orthopedics, he accumulated clinical experience in vestibular, neurological, and acute rehabilitation. Upon graduating with his clinical doctorate in physical therapy, he participated in a year-long orthopedic residency at UCSF, which emphasized growth within clinical practice, teaching, and research. Dr. Arriaga-Martinez currently treats patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions at the UCSF Mount Zion Physical Therapy Clinic, patients with spinal conditions within the UCSF Spine Center, and via telehealth rehabilitation in collaboration with the UCSF Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
