The UCSF Chancellor Awards for Diversity recognize members of the UCSF community who have demonstrated their dedication to diversity. Among these Awards is the Chancellor Award for Disability Services. This award is given to up to 3 members of the UCSF community (faculty, staff, and/or student) who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and service toward improving “accessibility of the physical, social, educational, clinical, administrative and virtual environment while promoting accommodation and full inclusion of people with disabilities within the UCSF community, beyond the scope of their job, area of research, or training”.
This year this award recognizes and honors Tim Montgomery, Director of Student Disability Services, and Raziel Rizzo, DPT student, Class of 2020.
Congratulations Raziel! Thank you for advocacy and efforts to enhance and improve the lives of all members of our community!
