Register Now for the 9th Annual UCSF LGBTQIA+ Health Forum on Feb 25!

Registration is now open for the 9th Annual UCSF LGBTQIA+ Health Forum on Saturday, February 25th!

This exciting, full day forum (8:30am-6:30pm) is a major part of UCSF's education on health and social issues affecting sexual minorities. As an attendee, you can expect:

  • Interactive breakout sessions that cover topics such as transgender 101, alternative sexualities and kink health, care for gender non-conforming youth, PrEP, and the criminalization of queer people of color
  • A patient panel representing LGBTQIA+ health care experiences
  • Poster presentations showcasing research on LGBTQIA+ health
  • and a return of the simulated patient experience (OSCEs) where students from any health professions school can sign up to practice clinical interviewing skills on standardized patients

This year’s forum will feature Bamby Salcedo, acclaimed Los Angeles-based Trans Latina activist and founder of the TransLatin@Coalition, as our keynote speaker!

Registration is live here!

Tickets are $10 for UCSF students, $20 for UCSF faculty and staff, and $20 for community members. If you need financial assistance with your ticket, please contact alex.lam@ucsf.edu.
