This campus-wide event brings together alumni, faculty members, students, friends, and special guests to celebrate all of the UCSF schools and programs. More than 50 events are planned including lectures, panels, accredited continuing education courses, reunion celebrations, campus tours, entertainment and more.

Events kick off on Friday at the Parnassus campus with the first of four "Classes Without Quizzes”. Activities continue through the day and include a Film Screening of “Merchants of Doubt” and day one concludes with an All-Alumni Reception at the Fairmont Hotel.

UCSF faculty, clinicians, administrators, and students celebrated the grand opening of the new Clinical Skills Center. The Center provides state-of-the-art space for students across the Schools to practice their skills and do patient simulations.

On December 5th and 6th, UCSF Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science hosted The California Physical Therapy Association/CAL-PT-FUND Annual Research Symposium: "Retraining Movement Dysfunction – Translating Current Science to Practice". Well-known researchers and clinicians from throughout California and beyond discussed their research and implications for retraining movement dysfunction.

During the past year at UCSF/SFSU, I have been committed to a a year-long research experience, working alongside my classmate Andrew Tran, and several faculty and researchers, including Rich Souza, PT, PhD and Hsiang-Ling (Sharon) Teng, PT, PhD. We began this project in January 2014, and over the past year, I have participated in research at almost every step of the process.
