Below are links to prerequisite equivalency sheets that indicate what courses prospective applicants can take at that specific college or university to satisfy the UCSF/SFSU DPT program's prerequisite courses. Equivalencies are reviewed and updated annually to reflect changes in our prerequisites and changes in the undergraduate college or university catalog. We will continue to update this list, so please check back if you don't see your institution.
