Congratulations, you've been accepted! ...Now what?
Here are some of the details you need to know, from signing your acceptance form to participating in orientation sessions!
Acceptance Form and Deposit
Make sure you do the following by the deadline in your offer email:
- Accept your offer of admission through the link in the UCSF Graduate Division offer email
- Pay your $500 non-refundable deposit (you will be directed to the online payment site once you accept your offer of admission)
Transcripts
All incoming students are required to send updated transcripts to UCSF. Please click here for more information.
Immunizations
You will be required to submit immunization and titer documentation in two places:
- UCSF Student Health & Counseling - the university must review and approve your immunizations to clear you to register for classes
- CastleBranch (our compliance tracking partner) - your documentation must be fully approved in order to participate in clinical experiences
Although the requirements between the two systems are similar, there are differences between the two. Please note: Castlebranch requires both vaccination AND positive titers. If your titers are NEGATIVE, you will be required to receive boosters and an additional titer. This may take anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 months to complete, so we strongly encourage you to get started on your requirements as soon as possible to avoid delays to your initial clinical experience.
Campus Services and Progam Policies
Check out our Student Life page as soon as possible! This page has important information about Student Disability Services, housing, campus maps, and many more helpful resources to get you ready for the program!
Also available on the Student Life page is a link to the DPT Student Handbook. All learners in the program are responsible for reading the handbook in full and complying with all of the policies and guidelines it includes.
